Prenatal, Birth & Postpartum Support

Prenatal

To help you prepare, feel informed, and build confidence.

  • Two prenatal visits (in-person or virtual), typically between 26–36 weeks (or earlier if preferred).

  • Create a personalized birth preferences plan connected to your values and goals.

  • Discuss stages of labor, comfort techniques, feeding, and postpartum expectations using evidence-based information.

  • Ongoing support by phone, text, or email throughout your pregnancy.

Labor, Birth & Immediate Postpartum

Continuous, compassionate support—wherever and however you give birth.

  • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks.

  • Support begins when you need it- virtually or in person when labor begins.

  • Comfort measures during labor (including massage, breathing techniques, movement and positioning).

  • Encouragement and reassurance for you and your support team throughout birth.

  • Postpartum support after birth to create a comfortable and healing environment.

Postpartum

One postpartum follow-up visit (in-person or virtual within two weeks of birth).

  • A gentle birth debrief and emotional check-in.

  • Support with newborn care and feeding guidance (non-clinical).

  • Discussion around physical healing, rest, and emotional wellness.

  • Referrals to trusted resources (lactation, pelvic floor therapy, mental health, etc.).

Postpartum Support

Those first weeks at home with your baby are precious, and they can also feel exhausting and uncertain. My role is to ease your transition by offering practical help, emotional support, and reassurance so you feel cared for while you care for your little one. (Non-clinical)

  • Emotional check-ins and a listening ear.

  • Feeding guidance (breast, bottle, pumping).

  • Newborn care (soothing, swaddling, sleep basics).

  • Light household help (meals, laundry, tidying).

  • Partner and sibling support.

  • Referrals to trusted resources (lactation, therapy, pelvic floor, etc.).

Visits typically last 4–6 hours and can be scheduled as often as your family needs in the first weeks and months after birth.
