Hi, I’m Sarah!

A certified birth doula with training in postpartum and lactation support, and a mama to one beautiful little boy who started it all.

My journey into doula work began with my own pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Like many new parents, I felt a mix of awe, vulnerability, and transformation that I was not fully prepared for. I remember how the moments of support changed me, and stayed with me long after the early days pasted. No one should have to walk through birth and postpartum feeling unseen or unsupported.

Becoming a doula combines everything I value most- nurturing, listening, and helping others. My mission is to empower and support you and your family through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey with compassionate and evidence-based care. With every breath, I will walk beside you. Through the expected and the unknown.

When I am not attending births or supporting postpartum families, you’ll probably find me enjoying the “simple” days with my toddler- messy breakfasts, playground adventures, and coffee that is rarely hot but always appreciated. The small, real-life moments remind me that the support and presence matter most. 🌙
